Welcome to Paint Pots Harefield pre-school
Our Harefield pre-school in Southampton provides a warm, welcoming environment where children can feel secure, build confidence and enjoy learning through play. Located within the Harefield Primary School site on Yeovil Chase, we’re proud to be part of the local Harefield community.
We welcome babies from four months old, giving families the opportunity to begin their Paint Pots journey from those very first pre-school days.
As children grow, they have plenty of space to explore different activities, from books, crafts and construction to sand and water play and physical activity. There is also easy access to the outdoor area, giving children the freedom to continue their play and learning outside.
Most importantly, our experienced Harefield team takes time to get to know each child and family, creating a caring pre-school community where children can enjoy plenty of love, laughter and learning from their earliest pre-school days onwards.

Meet the manager
Alex
I joined the Paint Pots family in 2018 as a 1:1 childcare practitioner and was given the opportunity to progress, gaining my Level 3 qualification before moving into a managerial role.
I’ve grown professionally and personally during my time with Paint Pots and am now proud to lead our Harefield nursery. I’m also completing a Music Facilitation apprenticeship, which is another passion I love sharing with the children.
I’ll continue to promote our ethos of ‘Love, Laughter and Learning’ and welcome every child and family to the nursery with a smile and a friendly greeting.
