Visitors are often surprised to explore this nursery and to discover the extent of the space both indoors and out!
The nursery comprises 2 houses joined at the entrance, each with a front conservatory providing ample room in which our children can learn and grow together. Turn right at the door to access the preschool. The house to the left is dedicated space for our babies and toddlers. The secluded garden is large enough for all our children to explore and have fun. We spend a lot of time out here – in all weathers, thanks to our covered area.
Our after-school children have their own separate base in a portakabin in the garden.
Manager's Message
Hello, my name is Becky - I have been working in Early years settings since 2000, I have my NNEB Diploma in child care and education, level 5 Foundation degree in early years education and working towards my BA Honours in educational studies. I have completed my level 3 in management as well as gaining many years’ experience with SEN.
I have also undertaken various training courses such as first aid, safeguarding, attention autism and Makaton.
I am excited to be the manager at Paint Pots in Swaythling. I have a passion working with children and love to see them progress onto the next chapter of their lives.
